Linds & Mitch

I Love Mitch and Lindsey.

I love Mitch and Lindsey. No, seriously they are amazing. These two used to be my roommates in the most amazing house I have ever lived in, Laurie Drive. I miss living with them and the other six that used to live there (yep, that's right nine total).
After a slow start and a few drinks at the Old Post we had a blast. The key for the wedding will be the mini bar in my carpenter's belt I will be wearing; one side lenses - the other side vodka, vermoth and green olives;). The three of us had a ball with this shoot and they are so frickin adorable how could I not get gorgeous shots. I love you guys and truly can't wait for your FRICKIN DANCE PARTY.

Kristina & Jake

I Think I love to Shoot weddings!

Yesterday was a great day. KeenanRoy Wedding Photography shot the wedding of Kristina and Jake and had a ball. The bride and the groom were super relaxed and just a blast to work with. The wedding party was a bunch of hams that would pretty much do anything you asked of them, which makes my life as a photographer a piece of cake. Plus, they were all beautiful people inside and out, we couldn't ask for anything better. Maureen and I also had a couple of helpers yesterday that made the day go extra smooth. Kristy and Ed were amazing and got tons of great shots for us. You guys are the best, Thanks. Kristina and Jake, you guys were awesome. Thanks for letting us be a part of your day. Eileen

Desirae & Trevor June 2008

KeenanRoy Wedding Photography

So my business partner, Maureen Roy, and I shot our first wedding together on June 14th and it went great. We worked our tails off and were very tired by the end of the day, but we had fun. Check out the slide show included and let us know what you think. Maureen and I are a great combo and I think we will do well. We are on the verge of having our website up and rolling so keep your eyes peeled for www.keenanroy.com; and if you know of anyone needing a wedding photographer, point them in our direction.
Desirae and Trevor were an awesome couple to work with, super relaxed and up for anything. Oddly enough we had a Carbondale, Colorado connection. The groom and his family are from Carbondale. His brother in-law, Adam, and I worked for the same guy. Adam and Rachel weren't able to make it up because they just had a new baby, congratulations.
Well gotta go, but you will be hearing from me real soon. Eileen

What I've Been Up To Lately

Hey everyone, hope you are all enjoying the summer so far. Things have been busy in my neck of the woods. Rocky Mountain School of Photography is in full force, the students are going on their fifth week. For the moment they are all on a long weekend which is much needed on there part (and the staffs part as well). I am headed to Flathead Lake, my second favorite spot in the US, for the next three days. My plan is to lounge, swim, throw sticks for Marley and maybe just maybe take a little hike. We will see, after my fun but painful softball game last week, I just really need to take a break. Photography wise things are going well. Sorry i haven't keep you all up to date, but i am going to do my best to catch you up right now. Very early May i had the lovely pleasure to go back down to my old hang out in Colorado. My friends Matt and Amber got married at this beautiful setting in the Roaring Fork Valley. I worked hard, but had a ball. Got to see lots of old friends and truly had a great time, what an awesome group of people. My good friend Jacque Ninnemann was my second shooter and did a fantastic job; Thanks Jack! Included is a slide show of the days events, check it out!

Round II: The Most Amazing People.

The Most Amazing People.

I had the lovely pleasure of shooting the Special Olympics last week and had a ball. I met some fabulous people and looking forward to spending more time with them in the near future - they invited me to go to the state games with them in May. Here is a little taste of what i got, let me know what you think.

It's about time!

It has taken me a while, I know, but I finally have a website. This is just the beginning and eventually I will move to a more professional site, but this will do for now. Over the next few months you will see colors change, layouts change and pictures change; let me know what you think(the good, the bad, the ugly .... Photographers let me have it). I have been shooting a lot of new stuff and can't wait to share it with all of you. Please feel free to give me your opinions. I look forward to hearing from all of you and hopefully seeing some of you as well. Check back next week, I am shooting a wedding in Colorado this weekend and will have lots beautiful new stuff.
